Production process

Angular Grinding---Low-Temperature Drying----Assembly----Hot Pressing----Metal Detection

We have advanced production equipment, equipped with three hot pressing machines with a total pressure of up to 4000 tons. High-quality imported white birch is selected as raw material, and is made into electrical laminated wood conforming to GB/T-20634 and IEC61061 standards after steaming, rotary cutting, drying, gluing and high-temperature pressing. Our company has advanced manufacturing processes and can customize corresponding products for transformers of different voltage levels to ensure that customers can obtain cost-effective and safe solutions.

Packaging & Shipping

The basic packing method is shown in the figure below. Packaging with wooden boxes, wooden frame boxes, or other sufficiently sturdy materials covered with waterproof and moisture-proof materials outside. And other packing methods can be adjusted according to customer requirement.
